Good things come to an end too fast

 Well another crazy week in MMVH, this week definitely had its ups and downs. Stay tuned, its crazy.


The stuff......

-I did divies with Pomoca tuesday, my first time with an only spanish speaker. It definitely stretched my spanish so much, I learned about animo breaks. Basically getting a drink and drinking it in an oxxo to cool off.

-I found a bunch of Iguanas one day just walking on the road. 

-I got emergency transfered.... Story time, friday I was walking to go knock some doors. We find Fernanda on the street so we are talking to Fernanda and my phone starts ringing, I look at it and it was president. I answer and he tells me that I need to pack my bags and be at the mission office in 2 hours... So thats what I did. 

-I am in a new area...... its called Tierra Colorada. Its in the same district, across the city. 

Sad times:
-I had to leave the best trio ever, its super sad but así es la misión.

Thats about it, time to grind in tierra colorada. 

Spiritual thought: 
This week ive had to learn a lot about trusting in God's plan for me. Its definitely been a few rough days to say the least. As long as I trust in his plan everything will be okay.

Earthquakes, fires, and headaches

  Holy what a week. A lot happened. To start off with news years, I thought the US did it big for new years. Nope not one bit. It sounded like I was in a war zone all night. At midnight there were about 100 plus elders screaming and yelling on the field right behind the casa. I watched some of the craziest fireworks I've ever seen, we were all standing on the second counselors driveway, to think back to it there were so many other spots to watch fireworks at midnight in the ccm. Thats okay, he didn't yell at us.  I don't think ive ever had such bad headaches and the amount I have had here is not fun. There's been a few days when I bum around in the morning because my head hurts so bad. Friday was definitely one to remember, I woke up with a bad headache and as I was getting ready, there was an earthquake! Im famous? No

  This transfer was crazy, we did it all literally exploring the jungle all the way to being cornered in an alley by a dog. Its been so amazing serving God in Mexico.  Just found out my dad is DL as well as finishing my training 🙏🙏 thats pretty hype. Alright lets get into it, here are the highlights of this week: -Divies with the ZL, its been weird both of the divies I have done have been in my area with my companion and then another missionary joining us. Its been great. A long with that, we had a sleepover at the ZLs house. That was pretty fun, they live in a house with 4 other missionaries right now.we had boneless, its basically a better Bdubs. Slept in a hammock, that wss pretty lit. They also had a bench so I was able to workout in a normal way. (I miss the gym so much)  -Fernanda is getting baptized!!!! If you don't know who Fernanda is. We are looking for José 😃

  And thats another solid week down here in Mexico, it doesnt stop getting hotter.  It was a pretty interesting week so lets get to the good stuff. Highlights:  -We had zone conference, it was chill. I was able to understand a good chunk of it. That was pretty dope. -A lot of the times when we are looking for people and doing public contacts or just talking to people in the streets, instead of making it weird by just starting talking. I like to ask them if they know José, we are looking for José. Sometimes it works, other times you get sent to a house of jehovah witnesses -Met some pretty dope jehovah witnesses, usually they don't like us missionaries. They invited us in and we talked, gave us an invite to their church. The next day we were walking close to their house and he came running with pan and gave us some fire pan.
